Ever try the White Castle stuffing recipe? A friend and I tried that a couple of years ago. It was pretty good, although we added too much chicken broth and the beef didn't add as much flavor as you'd expect.

Yeah, I mean, other than the beef, it wasn't too far off from what you'd get with an average stuffing recipe. It was more of a novelty than anything else. I'd still like to make it again though and get the broth amount correct this time. Fortunately I can use frozen WC burgers if I'm not getting together with friends this year.

I've seen "home made white castle" recipes that call for adding beef broth to the burgers to get a taste closer to White Castle, though White Castle themselves don't do this, their burgers are pure beef

Never been as I'm UK but the buns look horrible. Stodgy thick white bread with not much flavour I'd safely guess, would be tolerable if it was one burger and I was really hungry but they serve them up in packs of 3+.

tldr. White Castle looks crap from over the pond, would Wimpy over this
