What's everybody baking today cu/ck/s?
I was going to be baking lemon biscuits until I realised that I grabbed the wrong lemon extract and that this one isn't bake stable. Looks like it's vanilla biscuits again. Pic related

If I have the time today I might start recipe development on something I've been brainstorming. I feel like it's either going to be really good or the biggest travesty in baking history.

Going to make my weekly Shaker milk bread. My bread standards are too high for my budget so I have to make all of my bread. I'll have some fresh loaves for when Florence dumps on us.

and the twinkie filling is replaced with a mascarpone custard
then the top is dusted with coco powder a few chocolate shavings
