Do you breed and kill your own bread clips or do you buy them pre-killed from the store?

usually i just toss them on table or trash, they do seem to be multiplying on their own

I breed my own
Have a paint bucket (new) fill it with shredded newspaper and use a window screen on top to let air circulate and drop them in.
Feed them vegetable and fruit (skin, cores, things that you would have trown away) and spray water to moist the newspaper once every two days.

You better be a professional clipper or have manny friends to gift to, because this does breed a lot of clips and if they overpopulate they can develop diseases.

Your logic is brainlet tier
Knives aren't called potatoes cutters, so of course not
These plastic things however, they are called bread clips, and so it's natural to assume they are used for bread
