Delicious and typically spicy as fuck upon request, but the heat stops whenever you stop actively eating it. So it's a fun repeat of working yourself to edge of your heat tolerance, dialing back, then rushing back up till you can't take anymore

Anyway, OP, there is a place in Portland called Frank's noodle house, and they make hand pulled noodles with pork belly that is the best fucking thing on the god damn plsnet.
