Apple Pie Oatmeal
1/4 cup rolled oats
2 Tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 cup whole milk
2 Tbsp raisins
1/2 a small cooking apple
1 Tbsp dark brown sugar (divided)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
pinch of nutmeg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp shredded cheddar

>IN YOUR BREAKFAST BOWL
place half the brown sugar, saturate with vanilla. Add cheese, set aside.

>IN POT
place everything except the oatmeal, stir to combine, then add oatmeal and stir.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring often to prevent burning. When time is up, decant oatmeal into bowl, stir to incorporate all ingredients, then serve.

First, make some candies bacon. Google it.

Get two thick slices of brioche or challah. Dip in a mix of egg, milk, vanilla, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Next, dip in crushed cornflakes. Get them good and coated.

Fry that shit up.

Put slices of candied bacon and Nutella between pieces. Top sandwich with whipped cream and powdered sugar.

Wa la.
