what do you put on your grilled cheese? for me it's mustard

Mayonnaise, but I'm starting to think it might not be exotic enough. Am I racist for restricting myself to a condiment that doesn't originate in an authentic culture? I need to fix myself.

I like to pan fry a little bit of pepperoni to throw into the sandwich then cook the grilled cheese in the same pan.

A little stone-ground mustard on the inside of the bread, some bacon and a pinch of granulated garlic. Before it goes into the pan I press the buttered bread into powdered Parmesan. Perfect crispy crust, every single time.

Bread, and cheese, cheese varies on what I'm in the mood for. I think dip it in chilli, chicken broth (ramen or ckn noodle,) or tomato soup.

And for me, it is colby jack, the best cheese for grilled cheese.

This plus a thin spread of mayo inside and a slightly fried piece of ham. Sometimes I'll top it with a fried egg to make it a little more hearty.

usually something creamy like mayo or a bit of ranch to make it meltier. sometimes minced garlic and herbs or some hot sauce if i'm making it with pepperjack. sometimes a bit of uncooked spinach.

I mostly agree, but mustard is a condiment, it's a tertiary ingredient. Cheese is just a secondary ingredient so it still takes over. I put hot sauce on my grilled cheese sometimes, but if I ever put tuna, or bacon, it's a grilled tuna or bacon sandwich with cheese.

I dip mine in Sriracha because unlike the stupid faggots on this board, I don't care about liking something that's popular. Sure, the fanbase is cancerous, especially around 2010, but fuck it, it's a good sauce. Guess what? I also like Rick and Morty despite the cancerous fanbase because on its own, it's an entertaining show.
