Do people like this outside of the target demographic? Would like to hear some opinions from not Italian or American.

I like making ragu with minced meat its almost like a stew served with pasta, very tasty too
And I wouldn't say it's strictly an italian dish, the techniques and ingredients required are ubiquitous in europe
In greece for example expect to see more fresh herbs like parsley and dill in the meat sauce/ragu
