Yes, I agree, but unironically.
Soft tacos are great, the texture's perfect and the taste is on point.
Hard shells ruin all of that. You can't even enjoy the basic act of chewing with them and have to pay attention the whole time like you're trying to pick up broken glass with your mouth very slowly to avoid cutting yourself.

Ex Taco Bell employee here. Both get one scoop of beef, the only things that get double scoops are the double chalupas and nacho bell grande. Nothing there gets double scoops everrr. Unless you pay. Its just sometimes employees will scoop a little more,a nd not fix the mistake. I used to.
