Alright cu/ck/s, give me your best pork tenderloin marinade and sauces. I'm getting tired of my mustard based marinades.

the one i make that people seem to enjoy the most
equal parts:
garlic powder
seasoned salt
soy sauce
ginger powder

option two, nearly as good, equal parts:
ginger powder
hot paprika (sweet will work too)
worcester sauce
chili powder
little bit of sugar (half a teaspoon)

enough of all ingredients to give it a decent coating/soak.

I like the paprika version, I'll try that. what generally do you for parts, a couple of table spoons each?

roughly a teaspoon of each per portion of meat.

ah, I see. normally I just marinate the whole tenderloin, and cut thinly instead of big medallions. I'm sure I can figure out the portions.

>>10999658
eh i'm not trying to serve it with rice or noodles, just straight up with a sauce and a side.

right, so are you going to use a standard length tenderloin you might get from the super market? So roughly three portions, therefore 3 teaspoons of each ingredient. If it doesnt look like its enough to coat, add one more teaspoon of each. You'll know what looks right anon.

I don’t get why you can’t do that with char siu?

Cut diagonally, Breaded. With restaurant style croutons and Panko. chicken gravy/garlic smashed potato’s, stove top stuffing for pork. Oh baby

yeah man, I think I got it.

I'm trying to stay away from honey and sweeter spices on this attempt, I always find those better served over a pallet like rice or noodles. More savory mixtures stand better alone, especially once grilled.

damn nigger that sounds great.
