>normal pepse/fruit juice (alternating daily)

He throws up about once a week. Is this likely because of his shit diet?

He also has a messy room, low (but not awful) personal hygiene, does no exercise and is obese.

Somethings clearly making him sick, what it is is unknown. I'm suspicious eating 1 vegetable a day/70 percent meat is very unhelathy but have no proper idea.

Vegetables are something the zionist government created to slowly poison the youth to make population control easier. Do not eat them. They will slowly kill you. Take a look at vegans, they ALWAYS look weak and unhealthy. That's what vegetables do to you. They destroy muscle mass and change the chemical composition in your body so that you can't grow strong bones or gain muscles. Tell him that he has to actually eat fruit, cut down on the salt, eat some more vegetables, and keep himself from binge-eating in order not to overload his body with calories in one meal.

Intermittent fasting isn't a bad way to lose weight in the short-term, but I really wouldn't recommend it for longer periods of time due to side effects or for people with bad self-control.
