I usually go same measure for wheat and corn starch (it comes out very fluffly, though a little corn flavoured, maybe u could use less sugar). For baking soda I go as little as 1/2 tsp for 2 cups of dough, as little as cooking oil or butter in the baking too. If you don't like the results u can increase the baking soda ammount for next batch i biliv

corn starch is very useful when you want to make something fluffier, it is the core ingredient of those japanese sponge cheesecakes. It adds a little corn flavour to everything though lol.

I can’t tell if anyone even cooks on a lithuanian unicycling message board.
But this mix is legit. Pam butter before the flip. You eat the bottom first it should taste buttery rich. Hershey chocolate chips and walnuts or pecans added right after the pour. Or crunch berries on top.

Panera only sells sourdough on like 2 sandwiches IIRC. Most of it's on other shit.

I can understand it, the pancake looks thick, and the poster seemed to balance the single pancake with double or triple the normal amount of syrup, plus he also had Reeses and powder sugar coated berries, so he balanced the carbs from the other two pancakes into that, and the fat from the other two pancakes into extra breakfast sausages and Reeses. At least that's my best guess analysis.
