A nice fresh avocado has a really nice slightly nutty flavor, and a wonderful texture whole or pulverized gently
they aren't worth the money they cost in the states though. If you make good money and they're in season it's worth it to pick some up regularly, but if you're a regular joe in the midwest I wouldn't bother.

You wouldn't have to try it to guess that the ratios suck or that it was mundane flavors.
It had far too much sriracha, an evidence tastebuds are shot or pleb tastes. Use some chilies.
It was a turkey swiss avocado bacon, minus the cheese, and a commmmmmon sandwich, which most people have had literally all their life.
It was a dry roll that wasn't toasted, as you can see how it fell apart as he was cutting it.
Putting potato chips on a sandwich isn't new tier, nor is too much sriracha.
I personally think the egg goes better with beef, but to each his own, he had an ample amount of mayo not to need it. Egg yolk and egg flavor is the mayo substitution.
If you haven't been tucking cilantro into your own sandwiches, you probably never buy it.
