Very little. Of course the midwest style bland white foods and fast foods are all just worse versions of yurop food. The usual suspects proposed including cajun/creole (french, spanish, african and native american), chili con carne (mexican vaquero), bbq (african and west indies), soul food (african) have all been proven to have different roots and are all imports from outside the US.
