What are you bringing to the family cookout for July 4th this year, /ck/? I'm gonna try something different and make a Chef John NY style cheesecake. Gonna get some blueberries and strawberries to make the topping red, white, and blue.

Grilling an assortment of meat and vegetables, standard move. But maybe ill step up my game a bit and prepare marinaded skewers. For sure I'll be grilling pineapple dusted with cinnamon.

My something different will be using koji salt. I just got it in today and I'm pretty excited to try it.
