The argument for veganism falls apart in both areas of argument wether you choose to believe it's animal cruelty free, yet continue to use products that are tested on animals (usually causing more pain than a simple humane butchering would), or thinking that it's the 'healthier' option because some uninformed randies on Facebook watch a video on how a roided bodybuilder who's been eating meat their entire athletic career decides to """switch""" to veganism after building their body with meat for years and claiming it's thanks to the revolutionary veganism fad

Honestly if you want to try and argue a health standpoint after literally hundreds of thousands of years of dietary evolution due to the consumption of meat, you're also the kind of person to join in on a fad diet because everyone else is doing it too
