Everyone in prison knows how to do this.
>get two garbage bags
>towel
>get package of Ramen, take out flavor packet and crush noodles inside package
>get can of Armour Vienna Sausages, try to cut up as best you can with plastic spoon
>get a bag of Flaming-Hot Cheetos, crush up inside bag (but not too fine)
>get package of pepperoni, rip each piece in half
next
>disconnect hot water from washing machine
>put Ramen inside double-bagged garbage bag
>add sausage, Cheetos and pepperoni
>fill to desired level with hot water
>tie off bags
>wrap tightly with towel to keep heat in
>let sit for about ten minutes until noodles are soft
>open bag, drain excess water
>add flavor packet
>enjoy
