For me, it is Matouk's West Indian Flambeau Sauce, the very best hot sauce.

Excellent taste. I ordered some Melinda's in my last haul but it got lost in the mail or something.

I switched to this from Cholula. I wish it was just a tad bit spicier. I still like it. I'm thinking about trying Marie Sharp's instead of this.

Melinda's does have spicier versions.

But Marie Sharp's is excellent as well.

Rate my collection.

Solid lineup, but seems like you're really into...how should I say this - basic hot sauces? Nothing wrong with that really, but consider branching out a bit flavorwise. You should own at least one green pepper sauce, something with a jalapeño or Serrano base maybe. A tropical sauce or two, something with mango or pineapple for use with Asian foods would be good too.

Aardvark is amazing so you've got that going for you. Try the Carribean Habanero variant of the Yucateco.

You're right. I do have one jalapeño sauce there though, the Simple Truth (Kroger brand) one there next to the Matouk's (which, for me, is the best hot sauce in the whole lineup).

That Kroger brand stuff really pleasantly surprised me. I think someone here mentioned it before so I picked some up the other day. It's only $2/bottle and it's really good. Nothing special, just a solid jalapeño sauce that goes great with Tex-Mex kinda stuff, although looking at my lineup, that's pretty much the role that most of my sauces are designed to fill...

>A tropical sauce or two, something with mango or pineapple for use with Asian foods would be good too.
Any recommendations?

(Pic from a previous haul, this was a Fuego Box shipment)

Char Man and Exitium (the two on the right) are fantastic tropical sauces. I killed the entire Char Man bottle in about a month. Endless Summer was great too.

Sidenote, the Born to Hula Harvest is incredible on vanilla ice cream. Very unique sauce.
