Remember the 4 steps of good hot sauce:

>Over all taste after and during experiencing the flames.

>Quantity

What sauce do you enjoy /ck/ when you want something more that just experiencing a pepper with salt?

I bought a bottle of the smoky Hop Sauce in pic related.
The guy selling it looked like a massive cuck (Brighton), but the sauce itself is a strong 8/10.
It loses a point for being a little too vinegary, but the heat is good, it's nice and smokey and the hops give a nice fresh bitter addition to the sauce.
And another point because they guy looked like a twat.
