Fuck that, I love mushrooms raw or cooked. They're pretty much pure protein, they have a great earthy flavor raw, or you can cook them in a sauce or wine and they're like flavor sponges. If I'm eating a pizza, it's gonna be sausage or meatball with mushrooms. If I'm eating a steak, it's gonna have burgundy mushrooms with it. If I'm eating a salad, I want mushrooms in it. On top of all that, they're probably the best food agriculture-wise. I've even heard of played-out coal mines being converted to mushroom farms.
