Saltines are far better than those things.
You can put stuff on the cracker and eat it, like put bean chili on top of it and scarf it down. Can't do that with pretzels. Pretzels = mouth full of salty flour = gross.

Nabisco saltines 16 cents/oz
Carr's table water crackers 82 cents/oz

fancy crackers are a ultra rip off. If you want something fancier than saltines, make your own. It's ez pz.

I prefer those giant bags of fried onions. The type that says it's for use in casseroles. I think like a few handfuls is only 5 calories.
