This is definitely bullshit.

I get mine packed in olive oil, usually get it at aldi because theirs tastes decent to me and is priced well. StarKist tastes okay. Chicken of the sea is borderline inedible, way too fishy/oceany tasting.

The costco brand (Kirkland) is excellent. I get packed in water, it's got huge flakes of fish with the texture highly intact, nothing mushy or reminiscent of cat food.

If you're able to go to a costco, I highly recommend it!
