What is the specific cheese McDonalds uses? I've seen it called "lemon cheese" on here before, I know it's American, but it tastes like no brand I've ever had from a store, it's much better

It's definitely different from a kraft single at the very least. It doesn't get that waxy look after melting/hardening and it doesn't taste like pure vomit on its own.

It's sugared like all things they make (their fry seasoning for example) so it tastes better than normal kraft singles. It's also slightly thicker.
