So I just tried this "new" twist on an old entree from good ol' McDick's. Obviously they're trying to compete with Wendy's and their fresh square patties. Here's my thoughts.

The new QPC meat only takes 80 seconds. Old QPC meat was almost 20 seconds short of 3 minutes, it takes so long because the people making the food are overburdened with a bunch of different shit. Uber orders ruin everything, the customers don't know how and don't want to learn to use the kiosks, and we have to make the stupid fucking breakfast menu during the day time

Sure, egg mcmuffins are a ripoff like a lot of the breakfast menu seeing as you can cook breakfast at home quicker and for far less money

and you'll probably live longer just avoiding mcdonalds all together seeing that a lot of the employees don't wash their hands, don't follow procedures (they simple don't care) and spend a lot of the time trying to text and talk on the phone. It's annoying, after working there you'll probably never want to eat something that you haven't prepared yourself. Yes. Especially for fast food which you are likely to eat with your fingers. It's just as likely to make you sick compared to the cooks not washing their hands. Depending on the food it might even be more dangerous since you are touching it post-cooking wereas the cooks might only handle the food before it was cooked.

People pay for a service that reflects first world service expectations. I worked at a shitty convenience store and I sure as fuck don't expect customers to appreciate the hurdles I jump on their behalf, or try to attribute blame to Them.
