I really gotta feel bad for all you kids in the flyover states and ignorant Europoors.

Here in New York, the city water makes all the dough in the pizzas and bagels superior to anywhere in the country -- in the WORLD. You can go down into that nice Jewish deli down on the corner and get a basket full of FRESH kosher bagels that were baked that very morning. And holy shit they are so good and soft and moist. And bigger than your fuckin' head!

Put a little cream cheese, some lox, some scallions and capers... FAHGETTABOUTIT!
