Like it or not, Chicago is one of the top food destinations in the country. I'm not even from there, but credit where credit is due. Remember all the railroads that passed through Kansas City and Chicago bringing all the beef and pork back in the day, plus the huge population of Italian and Pollack butchers making sausages there. Chicago has a long tradition of good food, as far as the United States goes. It's almost as good as New Orleans.

Yeah, except deep dish is usually just regular pizza with super thick crust. Goza is like a pie, the crust isn’t that thick, you get lots of toppings, cheese, and sauce.

Personally, I consider it kind of a separate thing from pizza, but I like it.

Chicken tikka is a fucking godsend. Its my go-to food when my hostels mess cook fucks up the food.
I'll say this though, even though I've never had the "original" chicken tikka from India, I AM pretty sure it would not taste better than the UK styled variant
