Bone-in wings generally cost less because you don’t get as much meat. But if boneless are cheaper, I get those

Boneless wings are more like tendies.

They're chunks of breast meat, not ground up mystery meat.

Don't get me wrong bone in is still better if you're doing wings.

And if you're doing tendies it's better to have them plain with sauce to dip them in. They get soggy when they're tossed in the sauce.

It's not even like chicken tenders covered in buffalo sauce are bad.
When I make buffalo chicken at home, I usually use legs instead.
In fact, the best buffalo chicken I've ever had was from a place that sells it as whole fried chicken breast, with the spicy brine that gets into the meat, and a spicy broasted skin and just a bit of sauce at the very end.

>> No.10678138

I don't get it either.

With bone-in wings you're paying a little less money for a lot less meat, not to mention they're a complete fucking mess to eat, and basically require you to get out of your seat and wash up in the bathroom afterwards since napkins do nothing about leftover color/odor on your hands and mouth.

I'd much rather get tenders or boneless wings that I can just stick on a fork and eat without having to chew around bones and gristle like a fag.

Traditional "bone-in" is darker, juicier meat, which holds up to deep frying better without drying out. THAT is the ONLY reason they are better. I like breast for lots of other uses, as its easier to separate from bone and work with...but frying...dark meat only.

>> No.10678807

boneless wings can either be a solid tendie replacement or they can be glorified chicken nuggets depending on where you go.

I usually go with bone-in if there's an option. But if I'm around a wingstop on 60 cent boneless days you know that's what I'm going for.

Dude, it really isn't
the bone-in wings come from the actual wings, which dry out extremely easily

wings have so much subcutaneous fat you can bake them and they will fry up nice and crispy with their own supply of fat

An often unreported symptom of deep mental illness is the inability for patients to understand or accept the decisions made by other individuals.

For example, a patient reportedly express a great deal of distress at the idea of others reported enjoying fried chicken pieces in a way that he himself did not.

The challenge to the families and caregivers of these profoundly autistic patients is often misunderstood.
