me, i dont get the positive advantages , its not hydrating , its not that tasty and its bad for you. I had some in my studio when i was a student to unclug my toilets (wich worked) but having some in the fridge i had a glass from time to time wich lead to a two year addiction, a true pain to get rid of.
Never again , also the glass bottle version is superior to can or plastic.

After my senior year i moved out, and i never got to but some ever again.
As advice i would say just never buy any, after 2 week the cravings get more rare but intense so if you dont have some (because you didn't buy any) you should be safe

I stopped drinking soda years and years ago and never missed it, never understood how people treated it like some kind of addiction when you just drink something else - usually shit like water and iced tea are more refreshing anyway, then there's beer for enjoyment.

However, as I am a /fit/fag I eat a very simple diet, but as of recent I've been having a little 90cal can of coke here and there as an occasional dessert type of thing or with dinner and it's actually pretty nice. I think that as I don't have it all the time, some lard asses are drinking multiple cans a day, it makes it more enjoyable; soda used to be an occasional rather than daily thing, that's how I treat it.
