Anything with seafood seems to work in my experience. Maybe because it looks difficult. Where I live seafood is still seen as “exotic” and “fancy” so even a simple spaghetti with clams does the trick.

The last time I had a nice dinner with my boyfriend I cooked spaghetti with meat sauce. It was pretty tasty.
