i need help /ck/ my household consumes a lot of food, we're all hefty people, me 250 pounds, my wife is pushing 230 and our two kids are each around 180 at 9 and 10 years old. We have a lot of plumbing issues from so many people using the bathroom frequently and the amount of food we all eat doesn't help either, I was wondering if anyone else has dealt with a similar problem and what you did to resolve it like dietary changes that soften the stools up or something along those lines

Invest in a bidet and thus flush less toilet paper down the lines. Also have the plumbing checked if you are a renter in an older building, the works might be gunked with build up from years/decades of use and pipes may need replacement.

OP, you need to measure the diameter of the toilet water trap and the dilated anal diameter of your family members.

Do a safety flush before you start wiping. Toilet paper clogs the toilet. This way, you at least get the doodoo down the drain before the toilet gets clogged.

Also, get a plunger and learn how to use it.
