He seems like a pretty content guy, doing what he loves. He comes across as a bit of beta though, and that probably leads to some unfulfillment in his life. He just needs a little confidence and to be himself and I think he would be on the right track :)

He definitely has some knowledge about cooking or is really great at following instructions but either way he just seems so inoffensive and trying to appeal to as much people as he can and I never really care for people like that, he's just boring and has barely any personality, kind of like those kind of people that have dinner parties in their early 30's, go hiking in the most expensive gear they can buy at the local outdoor clothing store but are always really clean and claim to love fishing but hate touching live fish.

but for me, i'm the kinda guy who likes to eat and likes to cook, but i just watch food/cooking vidya for fun. i dunno what you could really learn from him
