Probably, sounds like you're pretty far gone already. But don't worry, it won't last all that much longer. Your chosen end is going to suck though.

Depends on how bad you want to be healthy. This time last year i was 100lbs fatter. You don't need excercise to lose weight. It's 100% diet. I spent the last year sitting on my ass playing video games. The rule is 600 calorie deficit per day per week yields 1 pound lost. And if i had any advice to give that was more important than anything i learned this year, it would be to drink only water, and drink lots of it. Being hydrated speeds your metabolism and you should never drink your calories. It is also 100% alright to have cheat days. Days where i am feeling shitty i'll find myself eating 2 ben and jerrys. It reminds me of how shit i used to feel all the time.

fuck yeah it does. I hit 200lbs in 2013 and was on the verge of needing 36" jeans. I finished in the top 8% of a major US marathon in 2014 and now I need a belt to keep my 32s up.

weight on the left and days on the bottom obviously. Purple dot is the 90 day mark since I was doing a biggest loser pool at work. Made about $120 off that when I won. Don't get discouraged about a few bad weigh-ins. Just look at the overall trend.

Started out at 180lb at 5'2 (obese)
Dropped to 130lb at 5'2 (normal range) after a year and a half of mostly diet change and a little mild exercise. I was obese most of my life and this really helped me reach a healthy weight:

>There are no shortcuts.
Forget about "diets". You need a life style change. Not a temporary change. Period.

>change your attitude about food being moral.
People who see long term success forgive themselves for a binge or a slip up. This is because you can track by the week and make up for one days slip up. People who do feel guilt tend to binge even more because they think "fuck it I ate one reeses, might as well eat the whole bag"

>download a fucking calorie tracker app.
I prefer chrono meter. But thats because it is extremely detailed and I started out a little autistic about tracking micro calorie intakes.

>Look up your BMR and TDEE
Use this to calculate how much you should eat a day.
https://tdeecalculator.net
Never ever eat less than the lowest amount recommended. Healthy long term easy success is slow and steady. Fast tricks will lead to a crash diet and a desperate struggle to keep the weight off.

>Limit your bread intake and refined sugar intake as much as humanely possible.
A study found a massive difference in weight loss when two groups ate the same diet, but one removed bread entirely. The group without bread lost more weight by the pounds than the group that just ate fewer calories. They said they had a harder time going without it though because of the powerful cravings for bread, so try to limit if you can't cut it out.

>Learn why your body is craving something and replace it with a healthy alternative.
It sounds weird, but it helped a ton. When I craved certain sweets really badly, I looked at this chart. After I ate the recommended food, my craving disappeared every time because my body got what it needed.
https://natureworksbest.com/naturopathy-works/food-cravings/

For example: what is in pizza? Tomato sauce which is high in vitamin c. Your body wants vitamin c. Bread which is high in nitrogen. Which is found in high protein foods like fish, meat, nuts, beans. From this we can guess your body would love a high protein, nutrient packed, filling, legume soup with a tomato based sauce.

>eat till you are full, not "stuffed" try your best to either put on your plate small portions or use smaller plates. Our subconscious thinks we should eat all on our plate and can't distinguish size well.

>read labels.
If your food label reads like a chemistry text book, it would probably be better to put it down. All those chemicals put stress on the liver to detox your body.

>foods that help weight loss

Lemons
Squeeze in water and drink first thing in the morning

Cucumbers, cellary, or romaine lettuce
Choose one you will actually eat. Or switch around if you can. All are high in water and things that aide weightloss.

>cilantro
Very supportive for the liver and aides weight loss.

>broccoli
High in many minerals and one of the healthiest vegetable. It can actually help change you crave healthy foods.

>fruit eat alone without other food types like breakfast or snack for best results.

>honey
Take a tbs before bed to help support the livers ability to detox all that crap in processed foods you eat.

Apple cider vinegar
Very good for weight loss. Take 2 tbs a day. Especially before big meals to shrink the stomach before hand (from disgust) and lower how much you eat at once. Shit will burn so sip in a glass of water or do like me and chase a shot of it with water.

No, won't look like that because you'll become a diabetic, and then you won't be able to eat that kind of food anymore. That will suck and you'll want to kill yourself, but you probably won't.

Lose weight, anon. Lose it before a terrible future comes on to you.
