Sometimes I convince myself to get tequila, but I generally regret it. Drinking it neat gives almost no benefit of flavor, so why drink it at all?

Started drinking rum straight, really liked the innate sweetness of it. One day I tried gin and immediately fell in love with the aromatics of it all. Idk what else to tell you, just found out that I like those much more than whiskey. Btw, I find the whole whiskey meme to be overdone and lame, it always gives me a sour feeling, no matter the proof, no matter the price.

Gin is a great mixer for anything citris and I'm gay enough to mix myself mojitos with some white rum. But just over ice some black label or glenlivet is where it's at. I don't much care for bourbon and occasionally you get a WAY too charcoally scotch.

The only objective way to do this is by alcohol content.
My most consumed are beer, whisky (neat and mixed), and red wine, and I really could not say which one I drink most of. All is fair game, though. I have a nicely stocked liquor cabinet and a small wine cooler that stays pretty full.
