I have no clue about the contents of either drink but the fairly adult and aesthetically pleasing Red Bull design beats the crap out of "edgy energy drink" any day.
I also remember in middle school people drank Monster to be cool so that's also points against it, haha
Anyway if you need to wake up use coffee. These drinks are loaded with sugar and will make you feel sticky. Coffee on the other hand will make you take a really good shit
