Ok dear cu/ck/s i just finish my 21 days of water fasting and i'm hungry as fuck right now, any sugestions of what i should eat? Please nothing heavy because that may fuck me up really bad.

Fruit and broth to start out. Maybe a yogurt and maple syrup dipping sauce for the fruit. Tea with honey. Ease back into eating with easy to digest stuff.

There is no such thing as 'fucking up your metabolism'. You'll gain some weight quickly after long fasts as your glycogen storages fill back up. You dont magically gain back the fat you lost unless you return to your normal fatass diet and even then it'll take as long as it normally would.

Maybe you should do some research, contrary to popular belief it actually works quite well.
I did it a few weeks ago, lost 5kg in 1 week and it's still off.
