I'm thinking it might just be a staffing thing. My old town had an out of the way Arby's where nobody working gave a fuck about anything, food would always take forever and still come out lukewarm, restaurant itself was a run-down broken mess too. Then, I moved to a town where the Arby's gets a lot of traffic and has been remodeled recently and the experience at that store is completely different.

I think it's just because of how pointless it is. At least with other fast food chains they serve something you typically can't get of good quality very quickly. Don't really see the reason in going to Arby's when good quick deli isn't that hard to find.
