I've had both and Huel is hands-down better but tastes kind of bad by default. However with some flavoring it's just fine. Soylent's flavor is inoffensive but bland and requires some flavoring if you're going to have a decent amount of it.

Did 100% Soylent 2.0 for half of last year then moved down to 50% for the rest of 2017. When I ran out of my reserves January I canceled my subscriptions. First order of Huel should be here Friday, looking forward to getting back to liquid food.
