Is there such a thing as garlic milk or garlic buttermilk? I really love garlic. I used 6 cloves of it for my dinner tonight and made sure to rub it all over my hands and forearms, that way I get to enjoy the scent as I drift off to sleep. I would love a rich, creamy, garlicky milk or something to enjoy with a rotisserie chicken or a steak. Not into meme shit like garlic ice cream, more curious about neutral-savoury leaning rather than sweet.
Any ideas? How can I make delicious garlic milk?

Have you had black, fermented garlic? If not, Google it.

For garlic milk, I'd try to balance the harshness of the garlic with acidity from buttermilk. Maybe try pureeing some in a food processor, letting it sit overnight, then consuming? For chicken, I'm sure a crack or two of black pepper would be nice, too.

i like wrapping a bulb in foil and popping it in the oven until it turns into a paste, was thinking of doing that and then maybe gently simmering it in milk and then strain it out and let it cool. make a sort of garlic milk broth so to speak. cracked pepper sounds good too
