No not the horrible YouTube-series. What food would you make a person you were hoping to score with?

Homemade pasta. It's also fun making it with them. Almost anything that is interactive to some extent and bonus points if it's new to them so you can teach them things. Nothing too fancy and over the top as well

Pick a dish that the person you want to score with likes. You could ask them what cuisine they like the most and do whatever recipe you have from it that you are comfortable with.

That video of him making quinoa is one of the most wholesome recipe videos I've ever seen.

These guys know what they are talking about. Ask what their favorite food/dish is and make it usually it's pasta primavera or easy simple shit.
Pasta, homemade pizza on a cast iron (make dough and toppings and teach them to rollout their own), bread making (if you are spending the day together), candy making (basic shit like rock candy or baklava) are fantastic date ideas she won't be worried about carbs or diet because 'she worked for it' and you teaching her an skill that takes 20 minutes to master will get you into the bedroom immediately after you are done. Plus you can tell her shit like 'most people don't catch on this fast' makes her feel unique and special instantly gets her wet. Usually save that for a second or third date though.

i would advise you to play to your strengths. develop maybe like 3-5 recipes that you can cook hella good every time and give them some options (oh, you like italian? how about carbonara?) or gauge what kind of meal they're looking for (wouldn't want to serve a spicy Goan curry to a normie Becky who has only ever had red meat and potatoes, wouldn't want to serve meatloaf to a white chick with dreadlocks)

personally, i like to cook ethnic so I'll usually make some Thai Indian or Vietnamese stuff (wow anon you're so exotic), also if you get stuff at the farmer's market or make shit from scratch that usually scores extra points i guess? extra extra bonus points if its from the garden

Idk man figure out what she likes and go with the flow

also, it's good to have a protein (meat or w/e) veg and a carb in a meal. don't wanna make a bomb curry with no rice to serve it over ya dig

Also a good idea to pick something that looks impressive but is very forgiving if you make a mistake. Either that or something that everyone thinks is really difficult but is actually fairly easy, like a souffle.
