For me, it's Potato Bacon soup.

>Gold potatoes
>Chopped Bacon
>Medium age cheddar
>Onion, diced
>Scallions
>lil celery
>salt, pepper
>dash nutmeg
>Cream - milk - chicken stock

Cheddar Broccoli meme soup also undeniably good. My recipe:

>Chop half of white onion
>Julienne 3 carrots
>8oz of Broccoli florets should do
>Grate 8oz of good cheddar

>Saute onion in butter and set aside
>make roux with bacon fat 2 tbsp ratio
>stir in 1 cup cream, 1 cup milk, 2.5 cups chicken stock
>simmer on medium for 25 minutes
>add vegetables and cook over med-low for 20-30 min
>remove from heat and add all cheese, several cracks of black pepper, and a dash of nutmeg

>Enjoy in a super bowl with baguette for excellent dipping
