It seems their "organic" line of products only contains organic soy mixed into the konjac. It would be too expensive for asian farmers to swich to organic konjac for the current hype of this type of product.

konjac noodles are awful.

just use spiralized zucchini. once you remove most of their water content (just salt and cook well), they're really satisfying.l
