I'm cooking a T-bone steak for the first time and I was wondering do I cook it any differently that a striploin? Is there a different way to cook T-bone?

>> No.9963651

You cook it like a strip loin with a filet attached.
that's why you don't buy porterhouses.
Did you buy a porterhouse or a t-bine?

If you fuck this up then you are to drink bleach and livestream the suicide

You don't cook a t-bone any different than you would any other steak.

So which side?

T bones have no/very little filet. If yours has a big enough filet to worry about then it's a porterhouse.

But a porterhouse is a t-bone

A porter is a t-bone with a large filet on it. Which one do you have? In any case you cook to your taste. The only part you have to worry about is the outside which is where the harmful bacteria like to gather. Sear that and you can eat them blue.

If you fuck this up I'll be here waiting for that livestream. Satan demands it.

Every T-bone has a filet side otherwise it's a bone in strip.

T-bones by definition have to have some filet.
