I recommend Arizona Peppers, "The White Man's Hot Sauce". Spicy, flavorful, if you just want runny vinegar look elsewhere.

Try Defcon. Lots of varieties ranging from slightly tangy to completely inedible. It's also a very unique hot sauce in that it isn't hot immediately. It slowly builds up to a crescendo and then slowly winds down. The spiciness last much longer than other sauces I've tried.

I would recommend starting with classic Defcon 2 sauce to see how you like it. If that's not spicy enough, move up to Defcon 1. They also have horseradishes and dry rubs, all delicious as well.
