It is flyover texmex that bills itself as "Fresh-Mex". The "potato-olays" are quite good. They are round hashbrowns like at Burger King's breakfast (but much better) with lowrey's seasoning salt. They used to have a contract for some military bases in the south. I ate at them in the PX of a couple of bases. It is better than Taco Bell or Del Taco, but it is flyover tier.
