I just made some bacon, but one strip of it (maybe two) tasted "fishy". Seriously it was kinda disgusting.

There hasn't been any fish in my kitchen in months, and I only bought the bacon a few days ago.

Is this off-taste a sign that the bacon is going bad?

May have been from a poor quality pig that was raised on fish meal for proteins. The taste may have tainted the flesh, same as the eggs of hens that are fed fish meal will taste fishy.

OP here. One or two strips out of five, all from the same bag? I'm thinking no, because they don't mix-and-match strips from different pigs in the same pouch.

Hm. Sometimes I've seen the strip on the end of the cut appear slightly more oxidized (greyish) than the rest of them. If your fishy strips were end strips, I would suspect those end pieces got some air on them for a while and started to turn rancid. If it was a previously unopened package, you should check the package better at the store before buying by squeezing it. If liquid drips out, don't buy. Otherwise, I'd bet you didn't rewrap an already opened package very well. I wrap bacon in plastic zipper bags and try to squeeze all the air out to prevent them from spoiling sooner. Bacon is cured, but it is not cooked. If it hasn't been refrigerated quite cold enough or is left exposed to air, it can start to go rancid in a couple days.
