What;s the best way to pickle eggs?
I boiled some eggs, peeled them, and threw them into a jar of pickle juice just to give it a try, and they came out okay-ish. I had one about two days later and it was good but the brine didnt get past the outer layer of whites, and I had another two weeks later with the same result.
Also what's the best way to mix a good brine, so I'm not just reusing pickle juice?

This is the easy way. I've used it with cucumbers, asparagus, and Brussels sprouts. It's incredible. Follow instructions.

If you're just doing it from scratch then follow any simple recipe that you google. I like to layer eggs/whatever I'm pickling with sliced elephant garlic, 2 bay leaves, a few peppercorns, mustard seed, and sliced red onion to make each jar look all pretty.

If you can't wait for the eggs to absorb the brine then poke holes in each egg with a needle or even a toothpick to speed up the process.

Do you use hot or cold brine?

You have to boil the vinegar and dissolve the salt if you're starting from scratch when canning anything. Read a few pickling recipes. Google is your friend.
