if you got nothing to eat, go to the internet and search for foodsharing programs in your country. it's what I do right now because I'm also ungodly broke. foodsharing is great because people give away groceries they don't need and place them in public fridges which are in institutions or shops or whatever other facility. go take a look if your place does something like that.

No, but try using the least possible milk you can/reuse the milk. Everyone is lactose intolerant to a certain extent and the direct consumption of milk could eventually get you sick for like a day at least.

OP you'll be fine because there are enough calories in it + vitamin/mineral fortification. However, cereal and milk are terribly expensive per serving. Eat ramen, or better yet rice and beans instead.
