I read that in Brasil or Colombia or some other shithole South American country the police use Ginger Ale for torturing prisoners - they tie them to a chair, pull back their heads, then shake up a bottel of Gingler Ale and squirt it up the guys' noses. Apparently it feels like a handgrende going off right inside your brain. They once ended a prison riot just by letting the prisoners see them carrying a few crates of Ginger Ale into the building.
