Why is delusion somehow better than recognizing that gender dysphoria is the desire to exist socially and physically as the opposite sex/gender. I'll agree with you that I'll never be a natural woman, but with boobs and every aspect of my body thoroughly estrogenized, social factors aside, I'm really not that much of a man either.
