I'm not into open unmonitored buffet tables. I'll take a pass if they aren't prepackaged in tubs with lids in portions, or if they aren't in a glass jar.

When I buy olives, I pretty much like them all, actually. In my house I always have a jar of oil-cured ripe olives, jumbo colossal queen olives, and then something fun, from greek to castelvetrano, whatever mood I might have.

I add oil cured olives to the top of pizzas, to pastas, on top of meat, in sauces, or in a pasta or grain cold salad. I use black and queen olives in an egg salad. Mostly, I just nibble on olives before a meal, or alongside the salad course.

There is actually a store near me that sells nothing but olive oil.

Olives have the consistency of shit rolling around in my mouth.
Also as someone who used to walk around with tobacco in my lip I can tell you they taste exactly the fucking same.
If you eat olives you are eating them for the same reason people choke down sushi and that's to impress your faggot friends.
