It's a pretty short list, because almost no foodstuff lasts eternally. In my experience dry goods (rice, legumes, pulses) and vinegars last for quite some time, but that's really about all.

Lol. Canned food lasts basically forever. Honey never expires. Peanut butter lasts for a very very long time.

Many root vegetables like potatoes and yams can last for months if stored in a cool dark place.

Old fashioned type cured meats (certain sausages, hams, bacon, jerky) can last for many months if not years (note, the supermarket shit won't last that long)
